Tech leaders representing The Restaurant Group, Big Table Group, and Welcome Break will discuss their digital strategies at MCA’s Hostech conference next month.
The panel session will consider the challenges and opportunities around meeting the needs of multiple brands from a digital technology perspective.
From travel hubs and high streets to leisure parks, the session will explore different approaches to the use of tech to integrate systems and drive efficiencies.
It will delve into scheduling and payroll and order and pay to data and customer market.
Speakers include The Big Table Group’s Sarah Pope, The Restaurant Group’s Stefan Beavis, and Welcome Break’s Sam Thompson.
Together, the groups represent a significant number of the UK’s forecourts and casual dining brands, including Wagamama, Las Iguanas, Bella Italia, and Café Rouge.
