This year we also introduce a new category, Hero of the Year, to recognise the extraordinary challenges, as well as regular award Lifetime Achievement.
The event, hosted by comedian and impressionist Rory Bremner, will be broadcast from 4pm, and will feature opportunities to network with your peers and celebrate all our finalists and winners on the night.
It’s been an incredibly challenging year for the hospitality sector and the awards will recognise the ingenuity, innovation and resilience of the hospitality industry’s most inspiring companies and individuals.
The winners of all 11 categories will be unveiled ‘on the night’, including Best Concept, the Evolution Award, Best Venue and, of course, the prized Retailer’s Retailer of the Year Award.
