Julian Metcalfe, founder an CEO of Itsu is to take part in an exclusive fireside chat at MCA’s Food to Go Conference on 7 March 2023 at the Ham Yard Hotel in Soho.

Itsu continues to buck the trend by opening many new restaurants in both the UK and Europe, as well as growing the Itsu grocery business, with the company’s annual sales fast approaching £200m.

In the on-stage interview, Metcalfe, who also co-founded of Pret A Manger, will discuss Itsu’s pioneering healthy, affordable, fast-food and why Itsu is now ready to franchise to a handful of carefully selected partners.

MCA’s annual Food to Go Conference features a full programme of presentations, Q&As, insight sessions from Lumina Intelligence, CACI and Vita Mojo, and panel discussions, as well as the chance for delegates to network with their peers in the sector.
