MCA hosted its annual Food to Go Conference on 9 March, at the Ham Yard Hotel in Soho, London. Highlights of the day included Q&As with Julian Metcalfe, global CEO, Itsu, Will Stratton-Morris, CEO, Caffe Nero UK and Glenn Edwards, MD, Leon Restaurants.
The programme included panel sessions on property, investment, people and training and customer marketing and loyalty, as well as a special emerging concepts panel. While delegates were treated to latest sector insight and analysis from Lumina Intelligence, CGA and CACI.
