Housebuilder Persimmon has added Simon Litherland, chief executive of soft drinks company Britvic, to its board.
Litherland will join Persimmon’s board on 3 April and will become a member of its audit, remuneration and nomination committees.
He joined Britvic in 2011, prior to which he was the managing director of Diageo’s UK business.
