Yard Sale Pizza sees scope for 150 sites

Yard Sale Pizza reports year-to-date like-for-like sales growth is running at over 15%.

Co-founder and CEO Johnnie Tate tells MCA the London-based neighbourhood pizza chain is seeing record trading levels for weekly EBITDA performance, with an average shop EBITDA margin of 27%.

Due to the success of the operating model, the pizza business sees potential for an excess of 150 locations across the UK.

It is opening its 11^th site in Hither Green in early November, with a further 12 sites in legals and a pipeline in place for next year.

Yard Sale Pizza appointed Dow Schofield Watts earlier this year to review its options. The initial review phase has now been completed, and the business looks forward to pressing ahead with plans to secure investment, according to Tate.
