Directors of Dirty Bones and Sushisamba are behind a restaurant operating company formed to trade from Deliveroo Editions sites, MCA understands.

Restaurant Brands Management Ltd, trading as Vessel, operates the Deliveroo Editions dark kitchens site at Blackwell, which includes the Canary Wharf catchment area.

Ari Ojalvo Oner, a director of Sushisamba Group, is one of the directors of Vessel, while MCA understands Dipak Panchal, director of Dirty Bones, is also involved.

Panchal is also a director of Parkjockey London, which operates carparks including the Editions site in Blackwell.

MCA understands Vessel has the license to operate brands served at the site, which includes Tommi’s Burger Joint, Yoobi, Le Bab, Hop and Buns & Buns, the Miami-founded concept that made its debut in the UK on Editions site earlier this year.

Franco Manca also operates at the site, though it is believed to be one of the only concepts operating its own kitchen from the site.

It is understood Vessel plans to operate further sites under the model.
