The UK’s first allergen-free café is opening on Soho’s Wardour Street in January, M&C understands.
Called Yorica, it will serve gelato, ice creams and frozen yogurts that are completely dairy-, gluten-, nut-free and safe for the growing numbers of people with food intolerances.
Yorica is being launched in response to the growing demand for allergen-free foods with demand for gluten-free foods alone rising by 9.7% year-on-year.
