The two sites launched last year by Yongho, the healthy Asian food concept, in central London, have been placed on the market, M&C understands.

The concept, which was led by founder Austin Fang, launched on Fetter Lane last January and opened a further site at 2-9 Ludgate Circus a few months later.

Both sites have now been placed on the market through Restaurant Property with the Ludgate Circus site already under offer.

Fang had intended to the use the prominent City position to increase its brand awareness in the run-up to its planned roll out across London.

The company had appointed BC Retail to seek suitable expansion opportunities upwards of 1,000sq ft with A1 or A3 use across the capital.

The concept’s menu centred on bento boxes and includes a range of noodles, salads and Chinese beverages.
