The Attendant, the espresso bar and café concept, has secured its third site in London, as it explores further expansion in the capital.

The concept, which is the brainchild of Ryan De Oliveira and Bosh McKeown, who have a vision of creating “innovative quality and service focused brunch cafes”, will open at 75 Leather Lane at the start of next month.

The company, which launched in 2015, already operates sites on Great Eastern Street and in Fitzrovia.

The Attendant is built on a philosophy of “creating experiences for communities through quality products, innovations and an ever-evolving vision”.

De Oliveira said: “Each cafe has been designed as a welcoming space to bring people together from all walks of life. A place to take a moment, gather your thoughts and refuel. Since opening in 2013, the Attendant has now developed into a coffee roastery, cafe and kitchen, with the intention of bringing permaculture back to UK cafe culture.”
