Starbucks has become the latest company to offer nutritional facts about its products online, with everything from fat content to vitamin C listed for its drinks and food.

The addition was made as the company reported its results for August, which saws sales rise by over a quarter.

Net revenue for the four weeks to 24 August was $335m (£212m) compared with $265m a year earlier.

The company opened 100 new shops in August, taking its worldwide total to 6,902, of which 5,285 are in the United States and Canada and 1,617 overseas.
