Simple Health Kitchen, the healthy-eating concept founded by former professional rugby player Bradley Hill, is to open its second site in London.

The new site will open at 48 Baker Street later this year.

Hill, who used to play for Newcastle Falcons, opened the first site under the concept at the start of 2016 in Watling Street, St Paul’s.

The concept is backed by Michele Barbara, vice president - Leveraged Finance at JPMorgan, who is also a director of pizza concept Panzo, which in Exmouth Market last year.
