Searcys, the upscale restaurant, bar and events venue group, is opening a new casual dining café and taking over catering at Exbury Gardens in Hampshire.

Searcys will take over the existing Mr. Eddy’s Café & Restaurant, which will relaunch with a look, and expand to include private areas for parties and social occasions.

A seasonal menu will include British produce with dishes such as a Trio of Cumberland sausages, or Baked salmon served with sauce vierge, dill, garlic potato cake and vegetables and a vegetarian option of Baked spiced bean and lentil, Mediterranean vegetables topped with feta cheese.

The group will also support a further three food outlets at Exbury, serving sandwiches, salads and cakes for picnics in the 200-acre gardens.
