Pure, the London-based healthy food on the go concept, is opening its seventh site this month at London Bridge as part of plans to open four new stores in the next 18 months.
The group has secured a site at 8 London Bridge Road and is considering Holborn, Victoria and Mayfair as potential future venues for the next sites.
In July Spencer Craig, the director of Pure, told M&C Report he is targeting areas with dense office populations in central London for the breakfast and lunchtime markets.
The London Bridge site joins the existing six sites across central London at Soho, Fitzrovia, Covent Garden, Bank, Moorgate and Canary Wharf.
Pure was formed in 2009 after a restructure of the Pure California business, which at one point operated five sites across central London.
