Pure, the London-based healthy food on the go concept, has secured its eighth site in the capital in Marylebone as part of plans to open four new stores in the next 18 months.

The group, which opened at 8 London Bridge at the end of last year, will open on the former Nourish site in Baker Street later this month.

It is considering Holborn, Victoria and Mayfair as potential future venues for its next sites.

Spencer Craig, the director of Pure, told M&C Report he is targeting areas with dense office populations in central London for the breakfast and lunchtime markets.

The group operates further sites in Soho, Fitzrovia, Covent Garden, Bank, Moorgate and Canary Wharf.

Pure was formed in 2009 after a restructure of the Pure California business, which at one point operated five sites across central London.
