Ole & Steen, the Danish bakery concept, is to strengthen its presence in London, with an opening in the West End.
MCA understands the company, which already operates nine sites in the UK, is set to open a site at 51 Charing Cross Road.
The company is also set to open a site at the Centre Point development.
Earlier this year, the company appointed former Union Square Hospitality chief financial officer, Karen Kochevar, to its board.
Kochevar joined the board of Nordic Capital-backed Lagkagehuset A/S, as it seeks to ramp up its international expansion plans.
Ole & Steen currently operates eight stores in London and is about to make its regional debut, in Oxford. There are 78 stores across Denmark and the group is eyeing an opening in New York.
