The Dutch Retail Company (NS Stations), which operates 350 sites across the railway network in the Netherlands, will open its first sites under its Kiosk format in the UK next year, after signing a partnership agreement with the Greater Anglia Line, M&C Report understands.

The company, which currently operates 135 Kiosks in Holland serving 27 million customers per year, will open its first two units under the agreement at Ilford and Ipswich train stations, before rolling out to further stations on the network.

In 2011, NS Stations, which has revenue of more than €800m, introduced its first stores on railway stations in France. A year later it expanded into Belgium.
