Mangobean, the coffee supplier that is rolling out franchised coffee shops, has opened its fifth unit in Horsham, West Sussex.
The group launched the franchise last year and has subsequently opened stores in Aldershot, Romford, Finchley and Stafford.
The site in the centre of Horsham offers specialty coffee, alcohol-free cocktails, frappes, smoothies, frozen yoghurt and ice cream as well as sandwiches, Belgian waffles and food to go.
Last year Mangobean founder Shane Saunders told M&C a supermarket had invested in the coffee shop concept to open up to 200 stores in the next 60 months.
It has developed two models: Mangobean Go – for transport hubs and city centres; and Mangobean Chill to encourage longer dwell time.
Saunders said he did not want to rush the roll out and anticipates having five to eight Mangobeans opened by the end of 2015.
