Le Pain Quotidien, the all-day bakery and cafe concept, is set to open its latest site in London, in Chelsea, next month.

The 24-strong group, which is led by Peter Jenkins, has secured the Penny Black restaurant unit in Fulham Road.

Last year, the group, which launched in the UK in 2006, hired Jones Lang Lasalle to advise on its expansion into the regions. It is thought it is looking to add another 15 to 20 in the UK in the coming three years.

The company currently operates more than 200 locations worldwide in 17 countries.

Richard Negus at AG&G advised on the Fulham Road deal.
