Chef and Restauranteur Terry Laybourne is growing his Newcastle-based 21 Hospitality group with the addition of a fish bar called the Saltwater Fish Co.

The site in Newcastle will include a fishmonger as part of the re-development of Fenwick’s Food Hall.

It will include an open kitchen and 23 covers at the counter when Saltwater opens in October.

21 Hospitality also operates Café 21, Caffè Vivo, The Broad Chare and Bistro 21 in central Newcastle as well as Bistro 21 in Durham.
