Gary Landesberg, the former owner of Admiral Taverns, and Arjun Waney, the founder and owner of the Zuma and Roka restaurant brands, are backers of Orée, the French artisan patisserie and boulangerie concept, which is to open its first site on London’s Fulham Road in March, M&C has learnt.
