KOOX, a premium healthy grab and go concept, is to make its debut in Bloomsbury.

Developed by Nabil Duval, a former banker from France, the concept is an adapted iteration of a similar concept from France, and is being brought to the UK on license and redeveloped and rebranded for the UK market.

Three Michelin Starred chefs from France are understood to have consulted on the menu, with plans for a small collection of shops in the UK.

The 1,700 sq ft café, on the ground and basement at 28 Store Street, has been secured on a 15-year lease.

Nabil Duval, director and owner of KOOX, said: “Store Street and Bloomsbury provide an ideal location for our new café. The close proximity to the hustle and bustle of the West End and the commercial vibrancy of The City makes it an exciting place to be. We’ll attract local residents, and students from the nearby universities, as well as those who work in and visit the street. We want customers to enjoy our new health food concept for take-away or eat-in and expect to trade really well.”

Landlord The Bedford Estate signed up the new concept.
