Hummus Bros, the London-based healthy eating concept, has secured a sixth site in Eastcheap, MCA understands.
The Eastcheap site is located near the Monument tube station and is due to open next week.
Earlier this year co-founder Christian Mouyset told MCA that the group wanted to open at least two new sites in central London this year.
Hummus Bros currently has sites in Soho, Holborn, St Paul’s, Exmouth Market and Gray’s Inn Road.
