Hummingbird Bakery, the US-style cupcake chain, is to make its regional debut, with an opening in Guildford.
The company, which is led by founder Tarek Malouf, will open in the town’s High Street later this summer.
The group currently operates six sites in London.
It recently opened a site at Rubeen Plaza, Riyadh, - its first in Saudi Arabia, under its franchise agreement for the region with Gourmet Gulf.
It currently operates three sites in Dubai under the agreement.
