Fego, the South African-owned coffee shop and brasserie concept, has returned to the expansion trail, after recently launching a new format design.

The Berkshire-based, seven-strong concept, which is led by Salvatore Osato, has opened in Banstead and Sevenoaks since the start of the year, with a further opening lined up in Beaconsfield.

The concept, which is based around “healthy and wholesome” breakfast, salads, wraps and sandwiches, also operates in Ascot, Gerrards Cross, Marlow, Sunningdale, St John’s Wood and Cobham.

The Banstead site became the first new-look Fego café/restaurant when it launched earlier this year.

It features booth seating, an all-weather garden and an open kitchen.
