Swedish bakery concept Fabrique is to open its first West End site in Seven Dials.

The group, which operates 11 sites in Sweden, has taken a 355sq ft store at 8 Earlham Street that is due to open in early autumn.

Founded in 2008, Fabrique opened its first UK location in Hoxton in November 2012.

Charlotta Zetterstrom, founder of Fabrique, said: “We are thrilled to be opening at Seven Dials and the location is perfect for Fabrique, complementing our store in East London. We were impressed by the long-standing support the management has provided to other similar brands and the huge number of visitors Seven Dials attracts. We are very excited to showcase Fabrique and our products to a new customer base in Central London.”

Charles Owen, Seven Dials portfolio manager at Shaftesbury, said: “We are delighted to welcome Fabrique to Seven Dials, another unique brand bringing a new concept to the area – further adding to our original offer. Seven Dials is a hub for independent cafés and restaurants many of which are world renowned including Monmouth Coffee and Marcus Wareings Tredwell’s, and Fabrique is a great addition to this high profile line up.”

This news follows the recent additions of brands Free Range People and 26 Grains who both recently opened in Seven Dial’s Neal’s Yard, an incubator location to nurture brands within Seven Dials.
