EAT, the Lyceum Capital-backed chain, is introducing a seasonal range of sandwiches, baguettes and hot food inspired by Christmas.
From next week customers can buy pigs in blankets in a pot and in a crusty bap as well as the Festive Full Works and Festive Roast Roots sandwiches.
The group, which is going through a growth spurt following rebranding over the past couple of years, is adding Christmas inspired menu options including brie, bacon and pink onion chutney sourdough toastie; turkey, bacon and stuffing pie with mash; festive roast roots bloomer; cauliflower cheese and kale pie with mash and gravy.
Sarah Doyle, brand director at EAT said: “We are really proud of this year’s Christmas menu. Alongside old favourites, our food team has worked at developing and perfecting nine new products to make it our most anticipated festive menu yet. We are particularly excited about the Pigs in Blankets range; a seasonal staple in every British household and looking forward to offering these deliciously moreish bites at EAT restaurants across the UK. EAT Christmas best sellers have firmly held their place on this year’s menu, including our Festive Full Works Bloomer – the ultimate Christmas sandwich. We would like to wish all of our valued customers a very happy and delicious Christmas. All that’s left to do is EAT and be merry!”
The drinks menu will include spiced brownie hot chocolate with Christmas spices and mince pies will be on the desserts menu.
