The team behind Surrey café-restaurants The Dabbling Duck in Shere and The Speckledy Hen in Guildford, are opening a third site in April called The Plucky Pheasant, MCA understands.
Situated on the top of Newlands Corner, five minutes from Guildford, the café-restaurant will be open seven days a week from 7am until 4pm serving breakfasts, lunches and cakes.
All dishes including chutneys, relishes, pates and fishcakes are made from scratch with a regularly changing specials menu.
