Cornish Bakery will make its Scottish debut at the Caledonia Park retail complex in Gretna later this year.
The independent bakery chain will open a 2,500 sq ft unit as part of its expansion, with eight new locations set to open in the UK in the next 12 months.
Steve Grocutt, Founder of Cornish Bakery, commented on the signing: “Caledonia Park is the perfect location to launch our distinctive brand in Scotland, proving my mantra that bakery is the new coffee shop.
