Bubbleology, the bubble tea concept, has secured its first UK site outside London at Trinity Leeds.
The shopping centre has also announced it will house Krispy Kreme, which has signed for a 260 sq ft (24 sq m) unit on a 10-year lease.
Bubbleology, which has eight sites in London, has taken a 125 sq ft (12 sq m) space on a 5-year lease.
