Brew, the London-based all day café concept, is set to open its fifth site, in Chiswick.

M&C understands that the group has secured the La Mancha site in Chiswick High Road for an opening later this autumn.

At the same time, it is thought that owner Jason Wells is exploring opportunities to launch his Hellfire Pizza format, which is part of the group‘s Lower Richmond Road site, as a standalone concept.

The Hellfire wood-fired pizza menu offers five types pizza and a beer for £10.

Brew currently also trades from sites in Wimbledon Village, Old York Road, and Northcote Road as well as internationally in Los Angeles and New York.

Last year, it lined up a site in Maida Vale, but that has been delayed due to planning issues relating to the use of the site.

Wells told M&C last year: “I think we can get to 10 sites before we start to look outside of town and then just keep growing,” Wells said. “We have queues all weekend because we give people really simple, honest service. I think it’s the Australian thing coming through – you know where you are and what you are getting.”

Restaurant Property advised on the Chiswick site.
