The owner of The Ivy is set to roll out a chain of restaurants based on the celebrity haunt in London’s West End.

Richard Caring, who made a fortune in the fashion industry before acquiring A-list restaurants, is negotiating ona number of sites in the capital, including Camden Market and Curzon Street, for restaurants with the working title Ivy Cafe.

If successful, the new chain will sit alongside his London restaurants including J Sheekey and Le Caprice.
