Eating out spend to grow; customers more inventive

The amount of money spent eating out in Britain is set to rise from £31bn to £32bn in 2013, according to Mintel research. The study also shows that consumers are increasingly prepared to embrace the recent trend of “gourmet junk food” and are attracted by innovative meals
