Camden Town Brewery’s new managing director has unveiled a rebrand aimed at widening the appeal of craft beer.

Mark Turner joins the group after three years at skincare range YesTo, having previously worked for Innocent Drinks.

Yesterday he presented the a new website and advertising campaign promoting the company’s new look, which focuses on accentuating the Camden name.

The logo features two hands joining the back bottle label – a design inspired by the Camden City Council logo.

From 2017, the new Enfield brewery’s increased capacity will allow the brand to use this new design across an expanded range of small pack to including Unfiltered Hells and Ink in cans and bottles, Pils and Wit in cans and IHL in bottles.

Turner said: “This refresh is part of our wider strategy to bring great craft beer to more people. The bold branding will really stand out on shelves, with engaging product information that appeals to consumers, giving another great reason to purchase.”
