Prezzo, the restaurant group led by Jonathan Kaye, has confirmed plans to open in Bath.
The company is to open at the Vaults on Brunel Square on 11 June, creating 20 jobs. It follows a £500,000 development cost.
The restaurant has seating for 110 diners; 70 in the restaurant and an additional 40 in an outside area.
Kaye said: “The restaurant will serve the highest quality food in comfortable and stylish surroundings and I believe that it will be a good addition to Bath’s social scene.”
