Parogon Group, the Staffordshire based restaurant operator, is planning to open 10 new sites by 2025.

Parogon, which runs The Swan With Two Necks in Blackbrook, The Orange Tree in Newcastle and Willow at Trentham, plans to invest £15m to double its number of restaurants in the next three years.

The company, which has nine restaurants in Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire, is known for transforming landmark sites into contemporary venues.

Having struggled to find suitable sites for its next stage of expansion, it is offering a £5,000 finder’s fee for its next venue in Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire, East Midlands, South Manchester or north Birmingham.

It comes after Parogon announced plans to invest £200,000 in staff training over the next three years as part of its growth plans.

Phil Sharp, property director at Parogon Group, said: “It’s an exciting time for the Parogon Group; we have a great selection of hugely popular restaurants but we’re keen to bring our award-winning recipe to other areas. However, there seems to be a shortage of sites that work for us. We know that there’s no one better to show us those hidden gems than those who live in the local communities so we’re asking people to get in touch if they know a suitable venue for the next Parogon restaurant – with a £5,000 reward for their efforts if it comes off.”
