Leon, the healthy fast food chain led by Henry Dimbleby and John Vincent, is set to open its 13th site in the capital after securing a site at More London.
M&C Report understands that the group has paid a premium to secure the Bagel Street site at the scheme, with an opening planned for this autumn.
Earlier this year, the group disposed of its Old Compton Street site in Soho to Muriel’s Kitchen for what was believed to be a substantial premium
Dimbleby said that the group hopes to add a “handful” of sites to its estate this year.
It is focusing on London and transport locations for future openings.
