Andrew Lawson has stepped down as head of human resources at the Gordon Ramsay Group (GRG) to become people director at Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck Group.
Lawson had spent nearly two years at GRG after joining the group from Drake & Morgan where he was head of people.
He also spent time as head of people at Coffee Republic and head of HR at the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation.
At the same time, GRG has appointed Lizzie Bullen as its interim HR director. Bullen joins the company after a year and a half as head of HR at Caprice Holdings and the Birley Group.
