Gaucho executive chef Mike Reid has launched a series of hands-on cookery school events for consumers at Gaucho O2, the site of the development kitchen where the brand’s menus are created.

Taking place from June until November 2013, consumers can opt from four Saturday-afternoon workshops focusing on a range of skills including: butchery, preparing and seasoning fish, cooking authentic South American street food and creating desserts that originate from Argentina.

“Following a positive response from consumers to a trial of the Gaucho Cookery School, we’re pleased to announce its full launch this summer. More than a restaurant group, our guests look to Gaucho for different experiences so we anticipate our fun and practical workshops will be popular as they provide both a unique and authentic Argentine cooking experience,” said Reid.

The three-hour courses range in price from £125 - £150 per person.
