CAU, the Argentinian steakhouse restaurant group, is launching its own brand wine range at its Wimbledon and Henley restaurant that open in November.

The wines, which include three Malbecs and one Marsanne Riesling, have been introduced to specifically accompany some of the premium steaks on offer.

These include a Tira de Ancho, the king of steaks; a spiral cut of rib-eye, marinated in chimichurri and grilled slowly for maximum tenderness and the Lomito, a fillet of rump that combines the flavour of rump and the tenderness of fillet.

Both new restaurants will seat 120 covers with limited al fresco dining for the warmer months at the Wimbledon site.
