Young’s has further restructured its Geronimo Inns managed house division – extending Chris Knights role as group executive chef to cover the division.
The move has seen Jono Jenkins, formerly food director of Geronimo, leave the group.
Meanwhile, former Geronimo Inns managing director Ed Turner has started working with the group’s founder Rupert Clevely in his Hippo Inns joint venture with Enterprise.
Turner is described as ‘cultural attache’ for the group, which currently has two sites with a further due to open before summer.
The latest opening s for the 40-strong Geronimo Inns have been the Leman Street Tavern in Whitechapel and The Guard House in Woolwich.
