Urban Pubs & Bars, the Nick Pring and Malcolm Heap-led group, has lined up a second site for its Well Street Pizza concept.
MCA understands that the company, which launched the concept three years ago in Hackney, has lined up a site in Peckham at 120 Mountview.
Talking to MCA in August about Well Street Pizza, Pring said: “The first one is very profitable and we had been keeping our eye out for a second site. The key thing now is to see how it works in a second location. If it’s a success, why wouldn’t we look at doing more?”
Last month, the company became the latest operator to go into partnership with Ei Managed Investments.
The Paradise by Way of Kensal Green, the Royal Oak in Harlesden and the Rose Pub & Kitchen in New Cross will form the new venture Urban Pubs & Bars Two’s first collection of pubs.
