BrewDog is to open its first unbranded site, selling only imported American craft beer and featuring 16 vintage arcade games.
Two-Bit Bar will open under the BrewDog Shoreditch bar in basement space formerly occupied by Underdog.
BrewDog Bars managing director David McDowall told M&C: “It’s a bit of a one-off for us. The Shoreditch bar has always been a really busy location and we’ve had this basement space which has been ripe for experimentation. We had great fun making beer cocktails down there with Underdog but we felt the time was right for something different.
“The concept is really straight forward. It’s solely American craft beer. It’s a chance for us to curate some amazing beers that we love. Plus, there happens to be 16 vintage pinball and arcade machines which you can play with.
“There won’t be any overt branding and there won’t be any BrewDog beer but it’s underneath our bar so it’s very obvious that there’s a link.”
