The owners of the Stafford Hotel in St James’s in London looks set to be acquired by an Egyptian tycoon in a £75m deal.
The 105-room hotel is owned by brewer and pub operator Daniel Thwaites and was put up for sale for £100m.
RAMW Group, a Cairo construction and tourism company founded by Roushdy El-Sharkawy, is believed to be the potential bidder.
