Slug & Lettuce, the Stonegate-owned brand, is to rollout a “refreshed and refined” menu across all of its sites in the UK, including several additions to its fast and fresh offering as well as a brand new healthy kid’s menu and an enlarged cocktail list.

Expanding its ‘fast & fresh’ signature menu, the company will offer an even broader selection of lighter bites from around the globe.

Joining dishes such as the Superfood Salad and BBQ Pulled Pork Burrito, will be the new Noodle Boxes available in chicken or tofu varieties.

Similarly, the menu introduces new Ramen dishes with chicken or vegetables

The brand new healthy children’s menu includes everything from burritos to southern-fried chicken wraps and feta cheese superfood salads to battered fish and chips.

Every child dining will also receive a bag a veg sticks.

The group’s cocktail menu has also been updated, whilst Prosecco is now part of its Wine Down Wednesday offer.
