The Gresham Collective is to open the second iteration of its Cork & Bottle concept – in Paddington - 46 years after the original launched in Leicester Square.
The group – which also runs the Pride of Paddington – has taken the former Davy’s Wine Bar Gyngleboy on Spring Street, for an opening in May.
The original Cork & Bottle was opened by Don Hewitson in 1971 and has now developed into an online shop.
