Daniel Thwaites, Yates Group, SFI, Pubmaster and Innspired are all churning sites at the moment, through agents Fleurets.

Thwaites is selling seven sites in Manchester and Wigan, with freeholds ranging in price from £80,000 to £125,000 and one long leasehold on offer at £50,000.

Yates is looking to dispose of leaseholds on two sites in Lancashire, one at £95,000 and one at £135,000.

SFI is looking for £2.5m for the freehold of a restaurant and hotel in north Somerset. The company has also put a £150,000 leasehold site in Cardiff on the market.

Also in Wales, Pubmaster is selling a freehold at £65,000 plus VAT and a freehold at £67,500 plus VAT. Innspired is offering the freeholds on four Welsh sites at between £55,000 and £80,000.

In Oxfordshire, Brakspear is spending just over a £1m to refurbish three pubs, all of which have planning permission to extend or add letting rooms. All sites are on new 21-year leases.
