Pearmain Pubs has secured its 8th site – The Canbury Arms in Kingston, MCA has learnt.

Located at 49, Canbury Park Road, the pub is set to undergo a 20-week refurbishment programme, with the pub to reopen in early 2019, director Richard Brown told MCA.

“We’re looking forward to trading at The Canbury Arms in Kingston,” said Brown, who added that the company had signed a new 20-year free-of-tie lease with EI Group.

Pearmain Pubs is an independent pub company established in 2008, originally known as RB & AH, before it changed its name in 2014. Its most recent opening was The Grantley Arms in Wonersh in April 2017, while its six other pubs located in Surrey and Middlesex.
