NewRiver Retail has made two key appointments to its pubs team.
The UK REIT, which owns 360 pubs, has appointed Steve Bransby, formerly of Star Pubs & Bars, as its estates manager. He will directly support pub portfolio director Jackie Moody-McNamara across the estate.
Meanwhile, LT Management Services, has appointed Chris Williams, who, as revealed by MCA yesterday, is to leave Admiral Taverns next week, as director of operations (tenanted). He will be responsible for the 158 Punch pubs NewRiver acquired last year.
MCA understands NewRiver is close to appointing a conversions manager.
