Fuller’s has appointed Severine Garnham as its new company secretary with Marie Gracie stepping down from the role after 16 years.
Gracie joined the company in July 1998 and in addition to her company secretary duties she was also the group’s personnel director for several years.
Garnham joined the brewer and pub operator earlier this summer as company secretary designate.
She was previously UK company secretary and corporate affairs at Groupe Eurotunnel.
She also spent a year as deputy company secretary at Young’s.
